Redeemed

His love overflows (poem from awhile ago): There is a man named Jesus. He cried and He died on the cross, for you and me. His love overflows for us. He died to bring justice. He rose again to free us. Jesus is alive! It is Him, the Son of God who is glorified! He took our shame and our pain, all our punishment on Himself. He deemed it all worth it, because He would have us. He took away our sin so that He could carry us in. In this, we can be one in our eternal home. All glory to you God.  Amen.   : ) 

Look Deeper Poem (from awhile ago): There once was a man. Homeless was he. Maybe some thought him scary-- ragged clothes, a few crooked teeth. But if only they'd look underneath. They'd see a human being with the same wants and needs as any other. Wanting a place to call home, a hot meal, and a warm bed. We all desire friendship. We need one another. We can't be frightened by life's circumstances. If one has fallen, he can be picked up. If one is up, he may be pushed down. Do what you can.  Do good and not harm. Help those who are down. Draw near to the One who loves us all-- Our heavenly Father who will provide. God, make us lovely inside. I love and praise you God, Amen. : )  

So... I was just hanging out in the park by the waterfront here (Library Park).  It was pretty nice although kind of windy and cloudy.  I practiced guitar and played a couple of songs for my friend Destiny on the phone.  She is my good friend.  She liked the songs I played.  I was working on my singing too so that it's louder over the guitar.  It was nice.  Then I had to go to the bathroom, so I went to the gas station across the street.  I saw some kind of down and out looking men too, so after I went to the bathroom I bought some beef jerky, cheesy chips, and sunflower seeds.  Then I went out to the guys and asked if they needed any food.  They were all, "Sure : ) "  So I showed them what I got and told them to share and share alike.  Then I said "God bless you." and I really meant it.  They said "God bless you."  Like with emphasis on the 'you' and it was sweet.  It reminded me, 'Oh yeah, I'm doing good here ...

Give Way -- Poem (about a month ago) I want to give my moments away and forget about myself. Sweet memories form in the smile of a child. Giving others my time, makes my time more worthwhile. How great it is to help those who can't repay you. I know that the Lord will sustain, it is freeing to live in His light. Let us be filled with gladness, as we work with joy, from the leading of His Spirit. I want to worship Him! Catch the fire, let Him take your breath away. Spend a moment for the life of another. Your moments will become fuller and blessed. Let us live for His glory and share our lives as part of a bigger story. Lord fill us to the full!  My cup overflows. I love and praise you God.  Amen.

Inspired (Poem)  --from like a month ago God is filling me with sunshine, on the inside. There's no way I could do this myself.  He is shining His light into me.   I want to be holy,  set apart and set free.   Lord, may I be captivated by your beauty. May I be changed by you.   Oh how sweet it is to be loved by You. I love to love on your people. When I am open to love and serve others, it changes me.   It shows me a whole other side of life.   I'm starting to see that life is worth living. A new day is rising... I see the sun shining.   Life isn't about living to die, but living to live; right here, right now.   Lord, help me to live Your way and not mine. I love and praise you God, Amen.
