Healthy eating... support health & equality
If anyone wants to help me out, I like to eat healthy and learn more on gluten free and dairy free stuff. Well, I like to drink almond milk and I guess people can just have my Horizon milk that's in the fridge at OHCC. I keep thinking things are healthy and then it's not as healthy as I thought and I don't want to be eating GMO corn. Dang it I really like Doritos. And I love pizza. I just hate the thought of eating stuff that will eventually make me sick and I hate buying stuff that makes other people sick or be treated unfairly. So yeah I'm just angry and I don't want to eat things that have cancer causing stuff and apparently fluoride is unhealthy and that's all over in toothpaste. So frustrating. Well, maybe someday I can have a hobby farm and eat healthy food, plus organic stuff is good, but kind of expensive. It's worth it though because you're investing in your health. That's not silly. People work hard to grow food, so you might as well pay someone who is working hard to feed you and make you healthy, not just someone who wants to make extra money and uses a bunch of harmful pesticides on your food, etc. That's not something that I want to fund. And I don't want to fund people who exploit their workers and cheat on health in big companies, etc. They don't deserve my money. I'd rather pay more for my food knowing that it's going to a good cause. But still not pay a whole lot, so I want to learn how to cook better so that I can eat cheaper you know. Well, I'll be on the Oak Hills meal plan, but I try to choose healthy foods to eat there. And for my own snacks I try to get healthier stuff.
That's all folks :) : ) : D = D
